Summer of Sonic - It’s Over!

Well, Saturday has come and gone,
and the Summer of Sonic was a complete success! Thank you to
everyone that came down and participated in the action on the show
floor, and a very special thanks to all of our special guests -
Richard Jacques, TJ Davis, Nigel Kitching and Lee Brotherton for
taking time out of their no-doubt busy weekends to help create an
amazing convention!
We will be posting videos, music and photos from hereon in - if you would like to submit your own recorded media, send them to dreadknux@gmail.com along with your name so we can credit you in our galleries. If you have videos you would like us to show, contact B’man from The Sonic Stadium and he will set you up with details that will allow you to upload your high quality videos onto the TSS Media server. Beats having a strange quality video on Youtube.

Thank you so much to everyone for one of the most amazing days of my life. I met some great people not to mention Lee, TJ and Richard who very kindly gave me autographs and photos with them. I actually have lost my voice a bit from all the cheering I did on the day. I’m also rather pleased to say LOOK THAT’S ME IN THE PHOTO. (Black hat, grey t-shirt, playing with a tiny digital camera. =D) I’m glad and proud to have spent a whole day with the British Sonic fan community, who really are nowhere near as bad in real life as they may sometimes be online. I cannot thank everyone enough, I had a truly incredible time.

Yay! I’m in the background! (With the grey stripy hoodie on XD) Thanks so much for such an awesome day, it was amazing, I’m so proud to be able to say I went to pretty much the first ever Sonic Convention =D!

I’m in there too XP. In the white shirt there at the Fruit Corner. That’s called my ‘awesome shirt’.
Anyway, if you’d read the previous page on here you’d know I proclaimed my love to you guys. That love is still there, and it’s in all of us! Let’s all celebrate the love of the better-minded part of the Sonic community!
Wait, how are we meant to do that? Cyberhugging!?
Also, it’s my birthday today. I consider SOS the best early present I could ever have. Then again, meeting and greeting Elson was part of that.

I want to give a huge thank you to everyone involved in the Summer of Sonic, I was blown away by the incredible effort you all put in to make the day a success! I can’t find the words to express just how much I enjoyed the event, and I can’t praise you all enough for the effort you must have put in to ensure the day went off without a hitch. Seeing all the fans who turned out on the day has re-inforced my belief that Sonic will truly live forever!
Although it’s probably too early to mention this, but if you decide to do SOS 09, (whats that look for?), then I’d love to help out in anyway I can.
Thanks to everyone involved and who turned up for a truly memorable day!
